waste management, RDF processing, AFR solutions, and waste recycling
. We are looking for an experienced
Production Engineer
to manage production and AFR/RDF operations at a cement plant in Nimbahera, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily
production operations
related to AFR and RDF.
- Ensure smooth operation of
RDF processing and shredding systems
.
- Monitor
shredder, conveyor, screening, and material handling equipment
.
- Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets.
- Monitor RDF quality, output, productivity, and material consumption.
- Manage manpower and allocate resources for efficient production.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, safety, and cement plant teams.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain daily production, downtime, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with
plant safety, quality, and environmental standards
.




- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, and operational processes.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in
Mechanical, Production, or related engineering field
.
- 4–7 years of experience
in production, cement plant operations, AFR/RDF, waste processing, or related industries.
- Hands-on experience with
shredders and material processing equipment
.
- Knowledge of
AFR, RDF, waste processing, production planning, and plant operations
.
- Experience working in a
cement plant setting
will be preferred.
- Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willing to work at
Nimbahera, Rajasthan
