About Us:
Vartika Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals is looking for an enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in Human Resources within the chemicals/pharma manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs
- Assist with employee engagement activities and grievance handling
- Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.)

Requirements:




- Bachelor's degree/MBA in HR or related field
- Freshers welcome; 0–1 year experience
- Valuable communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing/plant environment
