At Taj Builders and Developers, we build high-quality residential and commercial properties. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, enthusiastic freshers to join us as Real Estate Telecallers.

Job Summary

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact between Taj Builders and potential property buyers. You will make outbound calls to prospective clients, explain our ongoing projects, qualify their requirements, and invite them for project site visits.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling: Make outbound calls to potential buyers from leads provided by the company.

Project Pitching: Explain property details, locations, key features, pricing, and ongoing offers to interested clients.

Qualifying Leads: Understand client requirements, budgets,



and timelines to offer suitable property options.

Scheduling Site Visits: Encourage prospective clients to visit project sites and coordinate appointments for the direct sales team.

Follow-Ups: Follow up regularly with warm leads and maintain accurate caller logs.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Bachelor's Degree.

Experience: Freshers welcome (0–1 year experience in telecalling or customer interaction is a plus).

Communication Skills: Good spoken command of Hindi and local regional languages (English is a bonus).

Key Skills: Energetic, confident, persuasive personality with a willingness to learn real estate sales.

Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with basic Excel or data entry

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
