Job Description
We are looking for a qualified with strong expertise in documentation, system architecture, release management, and HR information systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and experience with payroll, time management, and HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, ADP, or UKG/Kronos.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in writing comprehensive documentation and maintaining blueprints
- Strong understanding of release management processes and system architecture
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of HR information systems, data management, global payroll, and compliance regulations
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, ADP, UKG/Kronos, or other time management and payroll software (highly desirable)
