Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions over the phone.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards
Eligibility
- Any Basic Degree Experience
- Minimum of 6 months Experience customer support .
- Language: Excellent fluency in English is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts.
