Job Title: Accounts Manager
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in the restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage industry.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our restaurant chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, and internal controls. Candidates with prior restaurant or hospitality industry experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations across multiple restaurant outlets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor sales reconciliation, cash management, and bank transactions.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and vendor payments.
- Ensure accurate recording of purchases, inventory valuation, and cost control measures.
- Monitor food cost, labor cost,



and operational expenses.
- Conduct regular audits of cash, stock, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business decisions.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and work in a fast-paced setting.
