*Job Description* – Business Development Executive (Real Estate Sales)

**Job Location:** H-20, Unit 302, Sector 63, Noida, Near Canon

**Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month + Incentives

**Monthly Target:** Minimum 1 Sale

*Key Responsibilities*

* Generate and convert real estate leads into customers.

* Handle calls, follow-ups, and client queries.

* Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.

* Coordinate and assist with client site visits.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

* Achieve the monthly target of **1 successful sale**.

*Skills Required*

* Valuable communication and convincing skills.

* Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

* Basic understanding of real estate sales.

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
