Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Marketing Executive to support business development and patient outreach activities for our Eye Hospital. The role involves field marketing, referral development, relationship management, eye camps, corporate tie-ups and generation of new patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits for hospital promotion and business development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Doctors, Clinics, Opticals, Pharmacies/Chemists and other healthcare referral partners.
- Identify and develop new referral sources to increase OPD, investigation and surgery patients.
- Regularly follow up with existing referral partners and maintain strong qualified relationships.
- Plan and coordinate Eye Check-up Camps, Health Camps and Community Outreach activities.
- Approach Corporates, Schools, RWAs, NGOs and Institutions for camps and hospital tie-ups.




- Support development of Corporate, TPA and Institutional business opportunities as assigned.
- Promote hospital services including Cataract, LASIK/SMILE, Retina, Cornea and other ophthalmic services.
- Coordinate referred patients with hospital teams to ensure smooth appointments and patient experience.
- Maintain proper records of daily field visits, referrals, leads and follow-ups.
- Track referral-wise patient generation and conversion.
- Submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly Marketing Reports to management.
- Identify new areas and opportunities for increasing hospital visibility and patient footfall.
- Coordinate with Reception, PCC, Counselling and other departments for marketing leads and referrals.
- Participate in promotional activities, events and hospital branding initiatives.
- Achieve assigned OPD, referral, camp and business-development targets.
