Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and technical support of the Loan Management System (LMS) and Core Banking Software (CBS).
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshoot end-user issues across branches and departments.
- Manage and maintain the User Access Management System, including user creation, modification, access control, and deactivation.
- Act as a liaison between management and software vendors, coordinating issue resolution, system enhancements, support requests, and implementation activities.
- Manage and coordinate credit bureau reporting to CIBIL, CRIF, Experian, and Equifax, ensuring accurate and timely submission of data.
- Maintain and monitor IT assets assigned to employees, including asset allocation, tracking, maintenance, and record management.
- Test, monitor,



and troubleshoot existing software modules and newly developed or upcoming modules before and after implementation
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams for system upgrades, bug fixes, enhancements, and current module implementations.
- Monitor system performance and identify recurring technical issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT incidents, user access, software issues, assets, and vendor communications.
- Ensure IT systems and applications support the organization's NBFC operations, regulatory requirements, data accuracy, and business continuity.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
