Job Summary:We are hiring an Onsite L1 Engineer to provide hardware and software support for end-user devices, troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, and assist with Office 365 applications and basic network issues. Responsibilities:Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, OS (Windows/Mac), MS Office, Teams, OneDrive, and Pidilite apps.Manage service tickets via Service Desk tool.Support L1-level network issues with the central network team.Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software for end-users.Provide onsite and on-call support as needed.
