Role & responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Regular follow-up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
- Handle multiple positions and achieve recruitment targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in BFSI recruitment will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of sourcing through Naukri and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle recruitment targets and multiple open positions.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
