Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations,
ensuring compliance with accounting principles and supporting the preparation of financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and ensure timely submissions.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with payroll processing as required.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel.
