Online Strikers is looking for a
Digital Marketing OBT Mentor
who can guide and mentor students during their practical
On-Board Training (OBT)
and help them understand how digital marketing works in a real agency setting.

What You’ll Do
- Mentor students while they work on live digital marketing assignments and projects.
- Guide them across
SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Analytics & AI-powered marketing
.
- Allocate and review practical tasks as per project requirements.
- Monitor student performance, productivity and learning progress.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students understand
agency workflows, client requirements, deadlines and professional standards
.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of OBT projects.
- Encourage students to develop problem-solving, analytical and professional skills.





What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience in handling live campaigns/projects will be preferred.
- Good communication, mentoring and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple students/tasks and maintain project discipline.
- A proactive, responsible and learning-oriented mindset.
