About Us:
I Support Foundation (ISF) is dedicated to supporting children with special needs through therapy, education, and holistic care. We are looking for a passionate and skilled ABA Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Lucknow.

Job Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA-based intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs
- Conduct behavioral assessments (e.g., FBA) to identify target behaviors and develop treatment goals
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting programs as needed under supervision
- Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and special educators to ensure holistic development
- Train and guide parents/caregivers on ABA techniques to reinforce learning at home




- Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports as per organizational standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field; ABA certification (RBT/BCBA or equivalent) preferred
- Prior experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred (freshers with relevant training may also apply)
- Robust observation, data-recording, and analytical skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
