Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in managing multiple technology projects across AI, Automation, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence (BI). The role will also be responsible for managing and driving the PMO function, ensuring effective governance, delivery excellence, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects across AI, Automation, Data Engineering, and BI.
- Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risks, dependencies, and financials.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered within scope, timelines, and budget.
- Manage client and senior stakeholder relationships and provide regular project updates.
- Establish project governance, standards, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Lead and mentor the PMO team and drive project management best practices.
- Monitor project KPIs, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource utilization.




- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.
- Coordinate with technology, business, delivery, and leadership teams to resolve escalations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT services or technology workplace.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
- Experience in managing AI/ML, Automation, Data Engineering, BI and similar projects.
- Experience managing or leading a PMO function/team will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong experience in project governance, reporting, risk management, and resource planning.
