About the Role

TwinScale Media is looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should understand Instagram, be comfortable with content planning and script writing, and have a strong interest in social media trends and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
- Develop creative content ideas for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Write scripts and content concepts for short-form videos and reels.
- Research current Instagram trends, formats, and content strategies.
- Coordinate with the creative and video editing team.
- Manage social media posting, captions, hashtags, and basic SEO keywords.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.




- Communicate with clients and understand their content requirements.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media platforms.
- Good communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Basic understanding of Instagram growth and trends.
- Ability to research topics and convert them into engaging content.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Candidates who are serious about building a career in digital marketing are preferred.
