We are hiring for the role of
Sourcing Executive from Handicrafts/Lifestyle/Home Decor
on an urgent basis for the Gurgaon location.

Salary: 3 LPA - 4 LPA

Experience: 2 Years - 4 Years

Role Overview

The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for product sourcing, vendor development, negotiation and new product development for Kaari Tales. The role requires strong market understanding, vendor relationships and the ability to source quality products at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new vendors, artisans, manufacturers and suppliers.
- Source products based on design, quality, pricing and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor network and database.
- Negotiate buying prices, MOQ, payment terms, lead times and delivery schedules.
- Collect and compare vendor quotations and prepare product costing.
- Coordinate samples, product modifications and approvals with the design and operations teams.




- Track production and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Coordinate with QC teams to ensure products meet Kaari Tales’ quality standards.
- Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify recent products, designs and trends.
- Support sourcing for D2C, marketplaces, B2B orders, exhibitions and festive collections.
- Maintain sourcing-related records including vendor details, quotations, samples, costing and purchase status.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved vendor terms.
