- Willingness to work in a night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and operational support for internal systems and users.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Assist employees with technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Maintain system-related records and follow IT security procedures.
