The Role

Responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining the SugarCRM platform to meet specific business needs, utilizing strong PHP, MySQL , and JavaScript skills. Advises and implementing banking customer relationship management (SugarCRM) solutions which will include in depth functional & technical expertise in Customer360, Accounts, Services Request, Lead & Campaign Management, Reporting functions, administrative functions, dashboards, data migration etc. Should be able to independently manage requirements, application selection,



modernization priorities, design and approach, application integration, testing, deployment and application support.
