Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Fertility to drive patient referrals, doctor relationships, business growth, and revenue generation for our fertility centre. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IVF/Fertility, hospital marketing, healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical business development, with a proven network among doctors and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Gynaecologists, IVF specialists, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate patient referrals through effective doctor and hospital engagement.
- Identify and develop new referral sources and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular doctor visits, hospital visits, meetings, CME programs, health camps, and awareness activities.




- Build and manage a strong referral network within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business, patient referral, and revenue targets.
- Plan and execute territory-wise marketing and business development strategies.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and recent business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Centre Head, Doctors, Counsellors, and Marketing Team to improve patient conversion and retention.
- Maintain regular follow-up with referral partners and ensure strong professional relationships.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on doctor visits, leads, referrals, conversions, and revenue.
- Ensure proper utilization of marketing budgets and activities.
- Expand the centre's presence and referral network in the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in IVF/Fertility Marketing or Hospital Business Development is highly preferred.
