MANS Group is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounting entries, bank and ledger reconciliations, GST and TDS-related work, payroll support, and preparing regular financial and management reports.

The ideal candidate should have solid practical knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS and general accounting, with the ability to work independently and maintain accurate financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries in Tally and Excel.
- Maintain and update customer, vendor and general ledgers.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Monitor outstanding payments and prepare receivable/payable and outstanding reports.
- Assist in GST calculation,



reconciliation and GST return preparation/filing.
- Prepare and maintain TDS calculations, records and returns and ensure timely statutory payments.
- Assist with salary processing, PF/ESI and other payroll-related activities.
- Maintain petty cash and record daily business expenses.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash/bank summaries and expense reports for management.
- Assist in monthly and annual account closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.
- Coordinate with the company's Chartered Accountant, auditors, banks, vendors and other external parties as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for audit, taxation, compliance and business requirements.
