Role: IT Recruiter Technical Recruitment
Location: Puducherry (Work From Office)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners / Up to 15 Days Notice Period
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Use Boolean Search techniques to identify relevant technical candidates.
Understand technical requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary, location, and notice period.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and joining process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Candidate Preference:
Male candidates.




1–2 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Previous experience working in a Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing Consultancy is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Boolean Search and candidate sourcing.
Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days' notice preferred.
Willing to work Work From Office in Puducherry.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
