Job Responsibilities:
- Operate MPCVD reactors as per approved SOPs and process recipes.
- Prepare reactors and perform chamber readiness checks.
- Safely load and unload substrates/workpieces.
- Monitor microwave power, chamber pressure, gas flow, substrate temperature and vacuum levels.
- Record process data and maintain production logs.
- Handle vacuum systems and process gases as per safety procedures.
- Identify abnormal conditions and report to the supervisor.
- Perform reactor cleaning and routine preventive maintenance.
- Follow EHS, gas-handling and equipment safety requirements.
- Work in rotating shifts in a 24×7 manufacturing workplace.
Location: Surat
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
