Role: ISMS - Senior Executive

Experience: 3-5 Years

Location: Bellandur, Bangalore - Work from office(Mon-Fri)
- Perform risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate information security risks to critical systems and data.
- Establish and enforce comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, DPDP), and company policies.
- Monitor security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus solutions.
- Manage and respond to security incidents, breaches, and threats.
- Ensure regular audits of IT systems and infrastructure for vulnerabilities.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees and promote a culture of security across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain detailed documentation for audits and certifications.
- Collaborate with IT, legal,



and other departments to align security initiatives with overall business goals.
- Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Establish and maintain incident response and disaster recovery plans; coordinate post-incident analysis to improve future response and resilience.
- Evaluate and implement security tools, technologies, and solutions while staying updated with the latest security trends and threats.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in information security or related roles.
- Proven track record in managing security teams or projects.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
