Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Associate role based in Noida. The Real Estate Associate will support the end-to-end process of property transactions, including assisting with property listings, coordinating site visits, and maintaining accurate records of deals and documentation. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing basic lease and transaction-related documents,



supporting negotiations with clients and partners under guidance, and liaising with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth closures. The role also involves conducting market research, tracking commercial and residential property trends, and preparing reports and presentations for internal and client use. The Real Estate Associate will collaborate with senior team members to support ongoing real estate development projects and maintain high standards of client service and professionalism.
