Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled
Coupa Consultant
with 5-10 years of experience in Procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Coupa solutions across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Sourcing, Contracts, Invoicing, Supplier Management, and Analytics modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy Coupa solutions that streamline procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end Coupa implementation and enhancement projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Coupa solutions.
- Configure and support Coupa modules including:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Sourcing
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Analytics
- Invoicing
- Supplier Enablement
- Conduct design workshops and provide functional consulting to business users.
- Configure approval workflows, chart of accounts,



tax codes, purchase order settings, and invoice processes.
- Support supplier onboarding, punchouts, catalogs, cXML integrations, and procurement automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Coupa and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
- Create functional specifications, test scripts, training documents, and process documentation.
- Execute SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and post-production support activities.

Required Skills
- 5-10 years of experience in Procurement, S2P, or P2P business processes.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end Coupa implementation projects.
- Robust hands-on experience in:
- Coupa P2P
- Coupa Sourcing
- Coupa CLM
- Coupa Analytics
- Invoice Management
- Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Procurement processes.
- Experience with:
- Approval Chains
- Requisitions
- Purchase Orders
- Supplier Enablement
- Catalogs & Punchouts
- Invoice Process
