Senior Consultant – Adobe Journey Optimizer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5–15 years
Education: Bachelor of Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather client requirements and design Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) solutions.
- Configure journeys, events, triggers, conditions, messages, offers, and decisioning.
- Design personalized web, mobile, email, SMS, and in-app experiences.
- Work with AEP data, XDM schemas, datasets, identity, segmentation, and profiles.
- Build data integrations with CRM, web, mobile, and external systems.
- Develop custom actions and API integrations using JavaScript, SQL, Python, and REST APIs.
- Ensure scalable, testable, and maintainable AJO implementations.
- Key Skills: Adobe Journey Optimizer, AEP, Personalization, Journey Orchestration, Segmentation, XDM, APIs, JavaScript, SQL, Python, and Data Integration.
