Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished and result-oriented Enterprise Sales leader to drive strategic business growth across Audio-Visual (AV), Unified Communications, Telecom, Data Networking, Security & Surveillance, and Digital Infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong techno-commercial acumen with extensive experience in enterprise solution selling, large project acquisition, strategic account management, and CXO-level relationship building. The role demands a consultative sales approach with the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements from opportunity identification through project closure.

Location- Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience : 15–20 years of relevant experience in Enterprise/B2B Technology Sales

Experience with a leading System Integrator, OEM, or Technology Solutions Company is essential.

Key Responsibilities




- Drive enterprise sales strategy and achieve business growth across assigned territories and industry verticals.
- Identify, develop, and acquire new enterprise customers while expanding existing strategic accounts.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospect identification, solution development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure to project handover.
- Lead large and complex solution sales involving Audio Visual, Telecom, Networking, Security, Collaboration, and Digital Infrastructure solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, consultants, architects, and key influencers.
- Work closely with OEM partners, consultants, channel partners, and internal solution teams to develop winning proposals.
- Drive revenue, profitability, order booking, and margin targets while ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for key verticals such as Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, Education, Go
