Koressence Skincare is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain Koressence skincare products and offers clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer information and call records.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English, Telegu
- Confident and friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of skincare/beauty products is a plus.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
