- Lead overall electrical operation, maintenance and reliability of the grinding unit, ensuring maximum equipment availability.

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance of HT/LT systems, motors, drives, MCC/PCC and substations.

Ensure reliable operation of cement mills, packers, conveyors, compressors, utilities and other electrical systems.

Drive root-cause analysis of electrical breakdowns and implement corrective and reliability improvement measures.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety, LOTO, statutory requirements, IMS standards and secure work practices.

Monitor plant power consumption, energy efficiency and implement initiatives for reducing specific power consumption.

Lead manpower planning, capability development, contractor management and effective utilization of resources.

Plan spares, annual maintenance budgets, CAPEX/OPEX and control maintenance costs.

Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Projects and OEMs for smooth plant operations and improvement projects.

Maintain electrical MIS, equipment history, maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement in reliability, safety and productivity.
