Key Responsibilities
Multi-Portal Campaign Execution
- Set up, launch, and manage performance campaigns on e-commerce ad portals the brand advertises on, including:
- Purplle Portal — Smart Shopping and other performance campaign formats
- Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display)
- Flipkart Ads Manager
- Nykaa Ads
- Quick-commerce ad platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) as applicable
- Any other marketplace or retail media portal added to the brand's mix
- Conduct keyword, product, and audience targeting research on each portal to maximise relevance and ROI.
- Monitor daily budget pacing, bids, and campaign health across all portals to ensure spend efficiency and avoid underspend/overspend.
- Optimise campaigns portal-by-portal based on performance data — CTR, CPC, ACOS/ROAS, conversion rate, and share of search/visibility — adapting tactics to each platform's specific levers and nuances.
- Troubleshoot campaign disapproval, tracking issues, tagging errors, or underperformance flagged within any portal.
- Stay current on each portal's product updates, new ad formats,



and policy changes, and proactively test/adopt relevant recent features.

Platform & Account Coordination
- Coordinate with each platform's account/partner support team (Purplle, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) on catalogue visibility, listing quality, campaign eligibility, and issue resolution.
- Maintain campaign trackers/logs per portal to keep budgets, targets, and live campaigns organised and auditable.
- Align with the brand/category and creative teams on campaign priorities tied to new launches, sale events (e.g., Purplle/ Amazon/Flipkart sale days, festive periods).

Budget & Spend Management
- Track and manage daily/weekly/monthly budgets across all portals, reallocating spend based on real-time performance trends.
- Flag and act on overspend, underspend, or missed pacing targets promptly.
- Ensure campaigns stay within approved budgets and targets set by the media manager/client.
