- Manage counter sales, showroom sales, retail operations, and apparel sales at our luxury retail outlets.
- Oversee retail sales activities to achieve targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising across all stores.
- Develop solid relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to store operations.
