Field Sales Executive – Bentaly Parking Solutions

Job Description

Bentaly Parking Solutions is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales and business development for our parking solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, building materials, Solar, Fire or related B2B sales. Candidates with strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and project management companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate current business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Identify and approach builders, real estate developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and commercial property owners.
- Promote and sell Bentaly’s parking solutions to residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.




- Visit project sites to understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up until order closure.
- Track sales leads, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction/real-estate projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams for site surveys, proposals, installations, and after-sales requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in field/B2B sales.
- Candidates from real estate sales, building material sales, construction products, infrastructure, elevators, architectural products, or related industries are highly preferred.
