Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EPABX Engineer responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of EPABX/VoIP telephone systems and related communication infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain EPABX / IP-PBX systems.
- Configure extensions, SIP trunks, DID numbers, IVR, call forwarding, voicemail, and hunt groups.
- Troubleshoot telephone lines, extensions, IP phones, and connectivity issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of EPABX systems.
- Configure and support IP Phones, Analog Phones, Digital Phones, and SIP Phones.
- Diagnose issues related to voice quality, call drops, echo, and connectivity.
- Coordinate with telecom service providers for PRI, SIP, ISDN, and other voice services.




- Maintain proper documentation of extensions, cabling, configurations, and system changes.
- Conduct site visits for installation, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Provide technical support and user assistance for telephone and communication systems.
- Ensure proper backup of EPABX configurations and maintain service records.
- Coordinate with network teams for LAN, VLAN, IP addressing, and PoE requirements for IP telephony

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
