We are currently hiring for a Workday Extend Consultant role and are looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience in Workday Extend application development and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy Workday Extend applications and integrations using EIB and Web Services.
- Build reusable components following Workday best practices.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure security, compliance, and high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in the complete development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday Extend experience.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience developing at least 2 Workday Extend applications end-to-end.
- Experience with Model Objects, Orchestrations, and Security Domains.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and Agile methodologies.
- Workday Extend Certification – Mandatory.
- Workday Integration experience is an added advantage.
- O4I Certification – Preferred, but not mandatory.
