We are looking for a Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth across our Signage, Digital Signage, Branding, and Solar EPC divisions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable with calling and client visits, and have a proactive approach toward lead generation and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities across government and private sectors.
- Generate leads through online platforms, field visits, references, exhibitions, and company databases.
- Connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and schedule client meetings.
- Present suitable products and services based on client requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with design, production, technical, and installation teams for proposals and quotations.
- Track project status and support smooth execution after order confirmation.
- Assist with work orders, approvals,



documentation, and client communication.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Maintain regular reports of leads, client visits, follow-ups, and closures.
- Share market insights to support pricing and business development strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Experience in signage, printing, fabrication, digital signage, advertising, or Solar EPC will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
- Must be comfortable with calling and field/client visits.
- Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach.
