We are looking for B2B Tele-Collection Executives to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai.
Experience: Fresher to 2 years
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Work Model: Work from Office
Shift: 9-hour shift
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; maximum 30 days
Salary: ₹18,000–₹21,000 per month in-hand + incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B/corporate collection calls and follow-ups.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and drive timely collections.
- Resolve payment-related queries and disputes.
- Maintain collection records and update MIS.
- Work towards daily/monthly collection and call targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling collection targets and customer conversations.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Office.
- Candidates comfortable working from the Andheri office.
Interview Process: 2 rounds of physical interviews at the Andheri office.
Joining: Immediate to 30 days.
