Job Summary: Responsible for managing end-to-end mattress rework operations, ensuring timely processing, quality compliance, manpower utilization, and inventory control to achieve operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily mattress rework activities and ensure target achievement.
- Monitor product quality and ensure rework is completed as per standards.
- Manage manpower allocation and productivity on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with warehouse, quality, and production teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of rework, inventory movements, and reporting.
- Ensure timely closure of pending rework cases and minimize backlog.
- Follow safety, housekeeping, and process compliance requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, returns, or rework operations.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory management and process control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
- Strong coordination, communication, and team management skills.
