Role Description
The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes. The role involves close collaboration with Hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and deliver timely recruitment solutions, while maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems. The Recruiter will also support offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. This is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications




- Demonstrated expertise in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles, including volume and urgent hiring for Projects.
- Strong Hiring skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for interacting candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
- High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring.
