We are looking for an experienced Manager – Commercial, Compliance & Payroll with 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Facility Management, Manpower Outsourcing, Staffing, Security Services, Housekeeping or other labour-intensive industries.

The candidate will be responsible for independently managing commercial billing, payroll, statutory labour compliance, tenders/GeM, agreements and employee/business insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client billing, invoicing, billing reconciliation and commercial documentation, including GST-related requirements.
- Handle and supervise monthly payroll, including attendance, salary calculations, overtime, deductions, full & final settlements and payroll reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave, Labour Welfare Fund, Skilled Tax, Minimum Wages, Labour Licences and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain statutory records, returns, licences and documentation and coordinate with consultants/government authorities wherever required.
- Handle GeM and other tendering activities,



including tender documentation, commercial bids, BOQs, EMD/PBG and compliance requirements.
- Draft, review and coordinate service agreements, work orders and commercial contracts, with a clear understanding of indemnity, liability, penalties, termination, insurance and statutory-compliance clauses.
- Manage the company's insurance requirements, including Workmen/Employee Compensation, General/Public Liability, comprehensive motor insurance and other employee/business insurance policies.
- Coordinate insurance claims, particularly Workmen Compensation/Employee Compensation claims, including documentation and follow-up with insurers/TPAs.
- Manage vehicle/car insurance, renewals, endorsements and claims coordination.
- Coordinate with Operations and HR for recruitment, joining documentation and manpower requirements as required.
