Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, generating leads, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain residential/commercial property projects, pricing, offers, and amenities.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule property site visits.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further negotiations.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, site-visit, and sales targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide timely information.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Understandable English.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or real estate experience is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and strong follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
