Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage US Payroll processing for multiple clients using SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ECS, and other relevant systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages, advantages, and taxes in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies and provide support on complex payroll issues.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements by staying up-to-date on changes in taxation laws and regulations.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in US Payroll Processing or related field.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ECS or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of taxation laws and regulations applicable to the United States.
