Roles and Responsibilities :

Finance, Accounting & Controlling
- Set up and manage accounting, tax, payroll, treasury, controlling, reporting, and audit preparation
- Ensure full compliance with Indian GAAP, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory requirements and Group Guidelines
- Deliver monthly financial closings in accordance with Group deadlines: 3 day month-end closing and 12 day year-end closing
- Manage cash flow, banking, liquidity and internal controls (ICS)
- Prepare statutory filings and support external audits

Group Reporting & ICS
- Implement Group policies, reporting frameworks, templates, and internal controls
- Aligning local statutory requirements with Group reporting needs
- Ensure compliance while maintaining pragmatic, risk appropriate processes
- Ensure alignment between Indian GAAP (Ind AS) and Group reporting standards (IFRS/Swiss GAAP)

ERP Project Leadership
- Lead ERP implementation in the Indian subsidiary
- Coordinate with HQ IT and local implementation partners
- Define system parameters, master data, chart of accounts, tax logic,



and workflows
- Act as super user and ensure thorough process testing and user training

Cross-Cultural Collaboration
- Maintain close communication with HQ
- Translate financial, regulatory, and cultural topics between India and Switzerland

Support Functions (HR, IT, Admin)
- Support the setup of HR, payroll, IT, and admin processes
- Manage and evaluate external partners vs. in-house solutions
- Establish efficient routines and ensure clear documentation
- Step in personally when required in an early-stage workplace

External Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with banks, insurers, auditors, tax authorities, and government offices
- Build local networks (trade associations, Swiss Business Hub India, Invest India)
- Navigate administrative processes and ensure timely follow-up

Job Requirements :
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax & Controlling in India with relevant
