Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with strong recruitment expertise to manage HR operations and also provide skilled administrative and coordination support to the Director/Management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Source, screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate candidates through the selection and onboarding process.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with management to identify and close vacancies quickly.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle payroll coordination, performance management, employee relations, and grievance resolution.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage training,



employee development, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with showroom, stores, operations, and corporate teams as required.
- Provide administrative, coordination, and organizational support to the Director/Management.
- Assist the Director/Management with scheduling, meetings, follow-ups, reports, correspondence, and day-to-day coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, employee, and management information.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Director/Management.

Candidate Profile:
- Atleast 2 years of relevant HR experience; experience in retail, jewellery, or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and people-management skills.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
