Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between current and desired states and recommend solutions.
- Wireframing & Diagramming: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps using Figma, Visio, and Draw.io.
- Data Flow Diagrams: Design and analyze data flow diagrams (DFDs) to understand business and system processes.
- Process Mapping: Document and improve business workflows using process maps.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams, ensuring explicit and concise communication.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Testing & Validation: Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Problem Solving: Apply analytical and logical thinking,



leveraging mathematical and physics principles where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Visio, Figma, and Draw.io for wireframing and diagramming.

Strong understanding of data flow diagrams (DFDs) and process flows.

Experience with gap analysis and business process improvement.
- Soft Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze and solve complex problems logically.
- Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
