Job Description

Coresium is looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Intern to support our lead generation, prospect research, outreach, and business development activities.

This role is suitable for students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in B2B sales and business development while working with contemporary CRM, prospecting, and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Research potential customers, companies, industries, and decision-makers.
- Use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify relevant prospects.
- Build, organize, and maintain prospect and lead databases.
- Update contacts, companies, deals, and activities in HubSpot CRM.
- Support email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Track outreach activity, responses, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Conduct market,



competitor, and industry research.
- Assist with lead qualification and business development activities.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, messaging, and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on assigned tasks.

Requirements
- Interest in business development, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong internet research and communication skills.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and online tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, or AI tools is preferred.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate records.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to follow processes, meet deadlines, and communicate progress clearly.
