Roles and Responsibilities
- Source current business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess potential properties for leaseholders' requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in industrial/logistics leasing or corporate leasing (real estate).
- Strong understanding of commercial leasing principles, including retail leasing, office leasing, warehouse leasing, rent control laws etc.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with landlords/property owners/tenants.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
