About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter Consultant with robust expertise in sourcing and hiring for both niche and mainstream IT skill sets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for specialized technologies such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday, along with experience hiring for conventional/vanilla IT skill sets.
The candidate should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing recruitment activities from sourcing through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
Source and recruit candidates for niche technologies including SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
Handle hiring for vanilla/mainstream IT skill sets across various technologies and experience levels.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, location, and job requirements.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidates for niche and difficult-to-fill requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate technical and communication skills.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline for both niche and mainstream technology requirements.
Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against client requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
