Job Title: Global Transition Lead

Reporting to :Director, Creative Solution & Transition

Position location: Mumbai

1. Purpose of the Job :
- Lead the GSA Mobilization approach, principles, strategy, processes, standards and tools
- Ensure the global deployment of the approach and influence a continuous improvement mindset and behaviors at all levels to improve design and starts of contracts;
- Lead the support of global strategic accounts - Lead global Mobilization network, and coordinate the regional qualified communities to ensure regional best practice is leveraged and the consistent delivery of the framework expertise to GSA clients
- Basic understanding of Lean Management tools

2. Dimensions :
- Follow up metrics and KPI for global deployment and performance measures
- Keep Mobilization dashboard UpToDate by account managed working with account teams and country teams
- Ability to understand the value stream in facilities management and where the cost, innovation and improvement levers are

3. Context and Main Issues:




- The transition lead is a critical role that coordinates all activities when mobilizing, re-mobilizing or de-mobilizing GSA business.
- Simplify and streamline the mobilization programs
- Design and deploy best in class business process from solution design to mobilization that allows better risk management and more predictable results to ensure consistency across the account involved in
- Measure the benefit of implementing one set of tools including guidelines & templates developed for each element of the program, training modules developed for each level in the organization, common reporting and tracking templates
- Providing global expertise and advice support and enable managements from both GSA and local country teams to continuously improve Sodexo performance on the start of projects.
- Support with analysis of sites where the solution is not right or fit for purpose matching client and / or sode
