Role Description
The Human Resources Assistant Intern role at Big Bulls is a full-time,
in office position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications, and helping with onboarding documentation. Responsibilities include supporting HRIS data entry and updates, assisting with benefits administration tasks under supervision, and coordinating training sessions by preparing materials and tracking attendance. The intern will also help respond to employee queries, prepare basic HR reports, and collaborate with the HR team on process improvements and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in pursuing a career in HR.
